Inclusion Training Bonus
Training organisations affiliated with HotellerieSuisse that train trainees with disabilities in the primary labour market can apply for an annual training bonus of CHF 2,000 per trainee for each completed apprenticeship year.

1 June to 25 July annually

2–3 weeks after the application deadline
Requirements for direct application
- I am the training supervisor at a HotellerieSuisse training company in category B, R, or UT (Note: Companies in category UC are excluded)
- The training company provides training to trainees with disabilities in the primary labor market.
- The individual for whom the application is being submitted has a moderate to severe disability that is noticeable in their day-to-day work at the company. The trainee requires special support (job coaching, etc.).
- The trainee does not only receive accommodations for academic performance.
- Signing the consent form
- Read and accept the privacy policy

- Copy of apprenticeship contract (PDF)
- Proof of disability (PDF, issued by: IV, doctor or Foundation for Inclusion)
