Hospitality Business School Scholarship
Students can apply for a Tschumi Scholarship of up to CHF 12,000 towards their Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management and/or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management at the Hospitality Business School in Lausanne.

Requirements for direct application
- I am a student at the Hospitality Business School in Lausanne pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management or a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management.
- I am a Swiss citizen or a citizen of another country who has resided in Switzerland for at least five years prior to the start of my studies and am enrolled at the Hospitality Business School at the time the scholarship is awarded.
- I confirm that the HotellerieSuisse scholarships / Tschumi scholarships already paid out,
- which I received as part of my HF and FH-level education at the Thun School of Hotel Management, Passugg,
- and Lausanne, have not yet reached a total of CHF 12,000.
- I confirm that both my own income and—if applicable—my parents’ income are considered low and can be verified by current tax records.
- (My financial circumstances are insufficient to cover the costs of education and living expenses.)
- Signing the Declaration of Consent
- Read and accept the Privacy Policy
Required Documents
- EFZ qualification, Matura certificate or a transcript of your final semester at the Hospitality Business School in Lausanne
- Confirmation from the tax authorities regarding taxable income as per the direct federal tax assessment (students and parents)
- If not a Swiss citizen: copy of your residence permit
- If available: evidence of outstanding achievement that benefits the industry, supported by a detailed reference from a referee (e.g. employer, teacher, vocational trainer). This information may influence the selection process.
